Building Inspectors Melb appointment service is efficient. Personnel is knowledgeable and suggest what should be done in addition to apartment inspection. The inspection itself is done morning, the report is available by noon and a follow up phone consultation is done in the afternoon. The inspection gave us the confidence that the apartment is a very good condition and can go ahead with our offer.
